Betway is a big regulated brand: Malta and UK licences, a parent company listed in New York, top live studios and familiar payment options such as PayPal, Skrill and Trustly. It is a good fit if you want casino and sports betting from a household name.
The casino side is thinner than the specialists, promotions are modest (cash back on first-day losses on the international site), and its complaint handling scores poorly on independent sites. Its international footprint has also been shrinking.
