Methodology

How we rate casinos

Five ratings from 0 to 10, each with a fixed weight. The overall score is the weighted sum, rounded to one decimal. No casino can pay for a better score.

Payment options, limits, fees and real withdrawal speed.

20%

Library size, quality of providers, live dealer and originals.

15%

Welcome offer, wagering terms, rakeback and VIP.

15%

User experience

Design, speed, mobile play, search and support.

Trust & licence · 25%

Who regulates the casino and how strict that regulator is (a Malta or UK licence counts for more than an offshore one), whether the operating company is named and has a history, how long the brand has been running, and its public complaint record: are disputes resolved, or are winnings withheld? A casino with a pattern of unpaid winnings cannot score well here, whatever else it offers.

Payments & speed · 25%

The range of deposit and withdrawal methods (crypto, cards, e-wallets, bank), stated processing times, fees, withdrawal limits and how much identity checking is needed before a payout. Fast, predictable withdrawals score highest.

Games · 20%

How many games there are, but more importantly from which studios (Pragmatic Play, Evolution, NetEnt, Hacksaw and so on), whether there is a proper live casino, and whether in-house or provably fair games add something you can’t get elsewhere.

Bonuses & VIP · 15%

Not the headline number, but the terms behind it: wagering requirements, game weighting, maximum bet rules and time limits. Ongoing value counts too: rakeback, reloads, VIP hosts and transparent loyalty programmes.

User experience · 15%

How quick and clear the site is on a phone and a desktop, how easy it is to find games and account limits, which languages are offered, and whether support is available 24/7 through live chat.

Where the facts come from

We use each casino’s own terms, licence pages and payment pages, the regulator’s public register where one exists, and public complaint records. Every review lists its sources and the date the facts were checked.

What the scores mean

  • 9.0 and up: excellent across the board, with no serious weak spot.
  • 8.0–8.9: very good; one or two areas could be better.
  • 7.0–7.9: solid, but with clear trade-offs.
  • Below 7.0: real drawbacks you should know about before you sign up.

Keeping it fair

Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you sign up through one, we may earn a commission. Commissions never change a score, and a casino that stops paying players or loses its licence is downgraded or removed regardless of any deal. See our affiliate disclosure.
