How to play Rack City Baddies
Rack City Baddies is a classic line slot at heart. Five reels and four rows hold the symbols, and three, four or five of a kind on one of the 10 paylines pays, starting from the left.
Donut Gaming's paytable is modest, as you would expect from a game that saves its value for wild multipliers. The gold gun is the top symbol and pays 15x the bet for five, the same as five wilds. The gold chain pays 12.5x, the cash rack 10x and the whiskey glass 7.5x, while the A down to the 10 pay between 6x and 3x for five.
Before playing you can choose one of three bosses, named Big Daddy, Jacky Bling and Yuan Spenser. The studio does not publish separate maths for them, so treat the choice as cosmetic unless the game rules say otherwise. Listed bets start at 0.10, while the top stake differs between sources.
Rack City Baddies features explained
Wilds replace every paying symbol and land with their own multipliers. Clips of the game show wilds worth 5x, 10x and 25x in the base game.
- Adding multipliers: when more than one wild sits on a winning line, their multipliers are added together, not multiplied. A line with no wild pays at 1x.
- Wild Extend: four wilds on the same reel merge into one extended wild that covers the whole reel. It carries the sum of the four multipliers and applies it once per winning line.
- Multiplier Boost: in the bonus rounds, board-wide boosts raise the values of the wilds already on screen.
Adding rather than multiplying keeps the maths calmer than many rival slots, so the base game will rarely produce a huge hit from one spin. The Wild Extend is the base-game feature to hope for, because a full reel of wild touches all 10 lines at once.
Rack City Baddies free spins and bonus modes
Every bonus mode awards 10 free spins, and the modes differ in how the wilds behave. Wilds are persistent in the bonus, so a good early spin keeps paying through the round.
- Regular Bonus: triggered by three scatters or through Bonus Chance.
- Super Bonus: triggered by four scatters or through Bonus Chance, and adds moving wilds that shift around the grid.
- Cheatcode Bonus: triggered by three Secret Scatters, through Bonus Chance or from certain buy boxes. Wilds move and Wild Extends are in play.
- Supercheatcode Bonus: available only from the Cheatcode Box. The studio says it pays at least 10,000x, up to the 25,000x cap.
Two further one-shot features sit alongside the free spins. God Spin is a single bonus spin, and Random Bonus reveals a card that either awards a bonus or pays nothing.
The Secret Scatters are the curious part. The rules describe them as a separate trigger for the Cheatcode Bonus, but neither the studio nor the reviews explain how to tell them apart from ordinary scatters.
Rack City Baddies bonus buy options
Free spins cannot be bought directly. Instead, the bonus menu sells boxes and single-spin features that lead into the bonus modes. Prices below come from BonusTiime, except the Cheatcode Box odds, which come from Donut Gaming.
| Option | Cost | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Bonus Chance | 3x bet per spin | Higher chance of a bonus trigger |
| Classic Box | 150x bet | A bonus round |
| Super Box | 350x bet | A stronger bonus round |
| God Spin | 500x bet | A single bonus spin |
| Random Bonus | 500x bet | A card reveal: a bonus or nothing |
| Cheatcode Box | 1,000x bet | 15% Cheatcode Bonus, 1% Supercheatcode Bonus, 84% no win |
The Cheatcode Box needs careful thought. Paying 1,000x for something that returns nothing 84 times out of 100 is a very high-risk purchase. The 1% Supercheatcode chance carries the guaranteed 10,000x minimum, which is where most of the box's value comes from.
The 150x Classic Box is pricier than the 100x norm on mainstream slots. Whatever you choose, buys and the Bonus Chance mode raise the cost of each round sharply and do not improve your long-run odds.
Rack City Baddies RTP, volatility and max win
The Rack City Baddies RTP is 96.70%, a 3.30% house edge, which is above average. That is the figure on Stake's game page, and as a Stake exclusive it is the version you play. Donut Gaming's own page does not print an RTP, but two independent sites give the same number.
Volatility is rated high by the one source that rates it. That fits the structure, where the strongest results come from the Cheatcode modes and the rare Supercheatcode.
The maximum win is 25,000x the bet. Donut Gaming gives that figure as the round cap and the game's intro screen prints it, so the 20,000x listed on Slotcatalog looks wrong.
Early live results are small but sobering. Six streamed bonus openings tracked by Johnessy Slots in October 2026 had a median of about 20x, with one of the six above 100x.
Theme and design
The setting is a penthouse at sunset in magenta and gold, with a leopard-print sofa, wilds drawn as dancers, which the intro screen calls Twerk Wilds, and premium symbols drawn as status items: a gold gun, a chain, a stack of cash and a glass of whiskey. The three selectable bosses are cigar-smoking characters in silk robes, gold chains and canes. The game sits alongside Donut Gaming's separate Rack City Riches, a different game with its own maths.
The look is bold and the 5×4 grid is easy to read on a phone. No source describes the soundtrack, so our design score reflects the art only.
Rack City Baddies demo and who it suits
Donut Gaming's Stake titles run Fun Play and Real Play in the same game client, which makes a Rack City Baddies demo the easy way to see how often wilds stack and Wild Extends form.
The slot suits players who like simple line slots with a high ceiling, and who enjoy hunting a hidden mode. The adding multipliers keep the base game steady by Stake Engine standards.
It is less suitable for anyone who plans to buy bonuses on a budget. The entry box costs 150x and the top box fails most of the time.
Our verdict on Rack City Baddies
Rack City Baddies is a tidy line slot with one clever idea, the Wild Extend, and a bonus ladder that ends in a high-stakes lottery. Adding wild multipliers and persistent bonus wilds give it a readable rhythm, and the 5×4 grid suits mobile play well.
The weak points are in the details. The studio's own page leaves out the RTP, several trigger rules are thinly documented, and the buy menu is expensive, with the 1,000x Cheatcode Box returning nothing 84% of the time. It is worth a look for line-slot fans, but bonus buyers should read the odds before they pay.
Overall = 8.4×0.25 + 7.5×0.25 + 8.2×0.2 + 7.0×0.15 + 6.5×0.15 = 7.6. The score rates the game, not your odds of winning.
